transfer paper?
Basically I want to make an iron-on transfer shirt.
Just 2 questions…
1.) Where can I buy transfer paper, and how much would it cost? Is it available at Office Max, Meijer, ect…?
2.) Is there a certain type of fabric that will allow me to do an iron on transfer, or will pretty much anything with cotton work? Should it be 100% cotton, or 50% cotton&50% polyester?????
I use it a lot. I get mine at Michaels. It’s like $7 for three sheets or $19 for ten. I always get extra in case I mess up.
A couple of tips though. I’m not too computer savvy, so I just use Word to do it. I import a picture if I want one, but I know it can’t have any words on the picture because I don’t know how to reverse it.
Then I make the words using Word’s WordArt function. Remember you have to flip the text horizontally so they will come out right on the shirt. Have fun!!
